Meet the Author

Hi! I'm Montinez S. Johnson Sr., the creator of The Adventures of Chicken Travels.

I believe the best classroom isn't always inside four walls—it's the world around us. My mission is to inspire children and families to explore new places, ask questions, and discover amazing facts through real-life adventures.

What started with a simple rubber chicken has grown into a journey of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Every book, photo, and adventure is based on real places I've visited because I want children to see that learning can be exciting, interactive, and fun.

Whether we're climbing mountains, exploring historic landmarks, visiting state parks, or discovering hidden gems across America, my goal is to encourage families to spend time together while creating memories that last a lifetime.

Chicken Travels isn't just about travel—it's about curiosity, education, faith, family, and inspiring the next generation to dream big and explore the world one adventure at a time.

Thank you for joining our journey. I can't wait to explore with you!

See you on our next adventure!

— Montinez S. Johnson Sr.
